The UA 11.01/D evaluation unit is a redesign of the proven UA type with digital evaluation.

Evaluation unit UA11.01 is now an equipment for determining alarm-stages of the new serires of the SZ 10.xx detectors with a digital communication. The results of evaluation are visualised by means of LED diodes as well as switching relays.

The unit, on the basis of sensor signal, distinguishes three stages: trouble free, warning, and alarm. Furthermore, the evaluation unit can indicate a failure state of the unit on the basis of evaluating the minimum sensor consumption.

The evaluation unit is produced in a DIN-chassis version. The front side of the panel (fig.1) contains the signalling LEDs providing information about the operational stage of the unit and a „hidden“ button for setting the initial state of the unit (Reset).

Up to 4 SZ 10.xx series gas sensors can be connected to the evaluation unit. The sensors must be connected to COMM bus. The evaluation is divided into two zones: based on adressing of sensors: sensors 1 and 2 in zone I, and sensors 3 and 4 in zone II. are located in a zone. (Fig. 2)
